A litigation practice, the firm provides corporate services both locally and internationally. We are a Malaysian law firm and a part of the Joseph & White Solicitotrs (UK) international's team.

The firm has distinguished itself in its litigation and corporate practice and within its commencement till to date has handled loan portfolios at RM3 Billion.

It has successfully litigated legal issues resulting in landmark decisions in the corporate sector amongst others in relation to Section 128 and 176 of Companies Act 1965. The firm has acted for Financial Planning Association of Malaysia (FPAM) and in the course of its advisory role, we have submitted a Draft Bill which has since been effected as amendment to Securities Commission Act 1993 (PU (B) 2/2004) on the inclusion of financial planners in the Securities Industries.

The firm’s core practice has recently been reorganized to combine its areas of expertise to provide its clients groups with an even better quality service.

The firm is fragmented into five departments in order for it to be complementary and multidisciplinary to serve the needs of clients:
